I'm interested in traveling with you; how do I start planning?

Please complete the form on the trip page for your chosen destination, or you can contact us via email at info@cosmicpickles.com. Additionally, you have the option to leave your email ID on our social media platforms to receive a detailed itinerary. Once you've read the itinerary and checked the FAQs, feel free to return to us with any remaining questions. Afterward, we'll require some additional details from you before you can secure your spot on the trip by making an advance payment.

What are the age requirements?

To participate in our group trips, individuals must be between 18 and 35 years old. Travelers must fall within this age range on the date of the trip departure to be eligible to join. We adhere strictly to this age criteria and cannot make any exceptions. We believe that having a specific age group enhances the overall travel experience for our participants. It fosters a sense of camaraderie and ensures that everyone shares a similar wavelength during the trip. Making friends and staying connected afterward becomes more enjoyable when people are in sync with each other.

What is the typical group size?

The number of people in each group varies depending on the trip. If you're interested in a specific trip, we recommend booking your spot early.

What type of accommodation do you provide?

Depending on the nature of the trip, we offer either hotels or hostels. Our accommodations are carefully selected to ensure they are comfortable, clean, and conveniently located, either within the city center or in walkable proximity. Additionally, many of the accommodations we choose have a vibrant social atmosphere, and some even feature their own bars for added enjoyment

Can I travel with a group of friends?

Yes, you can certainly join our trips with your friends or siblings. Just let us know how many people you are planning to join with when booking.

Can I join the trip from any country?

Absolutely! Our trips are open to participants from anywhere in the world. We exclude international flights from our trip packages, allowing you the flexibility to choose flights that suit your preferences. You can simply join us at the starting point of the trip.

Are meals included in your trips?

Typically, breakfasts are included in our trips, although this may vary depending on the itinerary. Please refer to the 'inclusions' section in the detailed itinerary of your chosen trip for specific information. We provide vegetarian food options for all meals included in our itinerary, which will be based on the local cuisine of the destination. However, please note that we do not offer Indian meals as part of the trip.

Are your trips safe?

Your safety is of utmost importance to us. Prior to the trip, we collect details of all travelers, and we choose trusted properties for accommodation. Throughout the journey, a dedicated trip manager accompanies the group to ensure a hassle-free and secure trip.

Do you offer visa services?

Our dedicated team will guide you through the visa application process, ensuring a smooth experience. Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the day of arrival at the destination.

What is included in the price of a trip?

The price of the trip covers everything mentioned in the trip's itinerary under the 'inclusions' section. Typically, our trips include accommodation for the entire duration, local transportation as per the itinerary, meals as specified, listed activities, sightseeing and admission fees. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to connect with an awesome group of fellow travelers, and a travel buddy from our team will be there to ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip.

What is the payment process?

To secure your spot on the trip, you need to make an initial booking payment. Payment can be made through bank transfer or UPI payments. The remaining balance must be paid by the dates communicated in the trip joining email.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

There would be a 100 % Cancellation fees. As we make immediate reservations on your confirmation  with us , it becomes very difficult for us to claim refunds from our travel partners
